- If you share information with me during a free or paid-for consultation, or during a mediation process, I reserve the right to store that information for the exclusive purpose of providing my mediation services, and you consent to me doing so.
- Prior to entering a contract with you for the provision mediation services I reserve the right in appropriate cases to request a credit reference check from a reputable agency.
- I will never sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party.
- Contacting me about my retention, use or other treatment of your information should be done through the Contact page on this website. Notifications of any changes in your information relevant to the provision of my services to you must be provided to me as soon as you know them. Queries from me about the currency or accuracy of your information should be answered as soon as possible.
- As a holder of your contact information I may from time to time notify you of events related to dispute resolution in which I think you may have an interest. I will immediately stop such communications on receiving your instruction to do so.
