What I Do
Most people visiting my website feel trapped in a dispute that is spoiling their life. Resolving it can feel like an impossible leap.
Helping people out of this predicament has been my career for many years, initially as a practising lawyer and now using the widely recognised processes of mediation. This is a cheap, fast, non-binding, confidential and legally enforceable solution with a very high success rate. The English Civil Justice system acknowledges it as the most effective alternative to the taking the risks of litigation. Civil
Civil mediations are held between private individuals, or a private individual and an organisation, for example disputes between neighbours, families, consumers and contractors.
Commercial
Commercial mediations are those intended to end disputes between businesses, nearly always disputes arising out of contracts.
Workplace
Workplace mediations are held between work colleagues. They may have the same or equivalent seniority in the organisation, or one may be a manager of the other.
